Children's Ministry
Nursery - 5th Grade
HUB Kids meets during both services for ages 0 - 5th grade. We work hard to maintain a safe environment for kids to help them build a firm foundation of faith for a life-long relationship with Jesus. All staff and volunteers have had background clearances prior to serving in our children's ministry.
Sunday Morning
Starting September 1, HUB Kids is launching a new curriculum called The Gospel Project for our Sunday morning class times of 9am & 11am.
This curriculum is truly amazing, and we are so excited about how it will aid in our discipleship plan for kids ages 0 through 5th grade.
The Gospel Project is a Christ-centered, chronological, and theologically rich study of the Bible that aims to target a true heart transformation and a solid biblical foundation.

We are making some exciting changes to our Wednesday night programming!
Starting September 11, we are launching Trek.
Trek will run from September 11 - April 30 and meets 6:00pm - 7:30pm. A schedule will be given out to parents/guardians on the first night.
This is a free program for kids ages 4 through 5th grade to come and get connected to God’s Word and experience growth in their relationship with peers, their leaders, and Jesus. There is no registration required.
We are using a new curriculum from Lifeway called Hyfi which is all about real connection and true belonging. Each week, your kids will connect with God as we focus on the 12 simple truths about who they are because of who God is. They will connect with the gospel through Bible story videos, energetic games and activities, and side-by-side learning where every kid will be invited to talk, share, and discover together. They will feel like they have a place to belong as they join a team, participate together, and know that they are seen, known, and valued.

Meet our Children's Director, Alison Bahre.
I began my college experience in elementary education, but the Lord had other plans! After a lot of prayer and discernment, I felt like God was calling me to pursue full-time ministry, so I changed my major. I graduated from Huntington University in 2021 with degrees in Missions and Children's Ministry, along with Bible and TESOL minors. During my time there, I developed a huge heart for the global Church, discipleship, and for the next generation of believers (aka, children!). Right after graduation, I began working as a Children's Ministry Assistant at Emmanuel Community Church in Fort Wayne, IN. Over the year and a half I was there, my passion for children's ministry only grew. I gained valuable insight into the administrative side of ministry, along with teaching, leading events like VBS, and building relationships with children, families, and volunteers.
