Interest Groups
In this class, we combine aerobic exercise and strength training with weights and bands. Bring a mat, along with hand weights and bands if you have them. Extra equipment will be available.
This group builds relationships while making greeting cards (and eating chocolate!).
This is a healthy habits challenge to establish good habits for. your heart, body, and soul. Participants will encourage one another to meet p ractical goals to improve nutrition, physical fitness, and spiritual wellness. The challenge will run for 5 weeks starting April 12th-May 24th. We meet virtually on a private Facebook page and have a check-in on Wednesdays through Messenger. Sherri Groves will be posting weekly nutrituion tips and healthy recipes. This challenge cost $5 and the money will be distributed through cash prizes at the end.
Ready to add some spice to life? This group is for single senior adults looking for fun and friendship. There will be activities 2-3 times each month. From card games to concerts, it is time to get social!

Last fall's activities included plays at the college, a concert at the Gospel Barn, treats at the apple orchard, and game and movie days at the church. In the next couple of months, the Social Squad will be attending an art exhibit, going to plays, catching a flick at the movie theater, miniature golf, having a picnic at the park, and working on a community project.
