In this class, we combine aerobic exercise and strength training with weights and bands. Bring a mat, along with hand weights and bands if you have them. Extra equipment will be available.
This is a healthy habits challenge to establish good habits for. your heart, body, and soul. Participants will encourage one another to meet p ractical goals to improve nutrition, physical fitness, and spiritual wellness. The challenge will run for 5 weeks starting April 12th-May 24th. We meet virtually on a private Facebook page and have a check-in on Wednesdays through Messenger. Sherri Groves will be posting weekly nutrituion tips and healthy recipes. This challenge cost $5 and the money will be distributed through cash prizes at the end.
